What does that App bring to my/your table to improve life, work, and daily experiences? The app has to hurdle that high bar (for me) otherwise it sits fallow on my device. There is a bifurcated reality within apps that drives the overall experiences. Big thanks to Stephanie, and love the app. I look forward to the time when you might consider doing this support over the phone since that would speed things up considerably however, I also appreciate your company trying to keep things lean in order, presumably, to keep fees as low as possible. I now have the paid version across all three devices and they're all working well. I have nothing but positive things to say about Stephanie, and the app. I'm not real tech savvy, so she walked me through things step by step. It took a lot of back and forth via email but Stephanie was very patient, always responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Stephanie Gonzaga from your company signed on to help me straighten everything out. I tried doing this myself, including signing up for the paid version, but somehow things got challenging and I was at a standstill. I had recently purchased a new MacBook Air and needed to add 1Password and have it coordinated with my desktop and iPhone. I have been using the free version of 1Password for a couple of years and have loved its ease of use and the felt sense of more security.
